As a Junior Interior Designer, you will assist in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our clients. This position is for 20-30 hours per week and is based out of our office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. • Communicate effectively with clients and be the main point of contact throughout projects. • Create client look-books based on client design preferences using Canva software. Qualifications • Interior Design degree & experience in the field a plus • Highly organized, collaborative and self-motivated • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Enjoy working with people/personable • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors and to coordinate the project between all parties • Ability to work on multiple projects with different timelines and the flexibility to switch focus quickly as needed • Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required • Proficient in design software such as SketchUp and Twinmotion • Proficient in Canva, Slack & Quickbooks applications desired • Be flexible learning new computer programs as needed

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and reliable part-time Logistics Coordinator to manage the procurement, delivery, and installation for our interior design projects. This role is critical in ensuring that all furniture, materials, and accessories are delivered on schedule and in excellent condition. Must be open to hours that change daily, with hours starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 6pm.
