This is an in-person, Part-Time position based in Fenwick Island, Delaware, with a competitive salary that places significant emphasis on commission-based compensation. We are looking to expand our design team and are hiring an associate interior designer for our furniture showroom. • Work to retain clients for various size projects. • Utilize design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva) to create and present design plans. • Strong sales skills with the ability to close sales in both a design and retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and will assist with special projects, specifically full home designs. • Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples. • Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing full home design projects.
