Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Interiors Manager to oversee the interior production process at our Greensboro, NC facility. About the Role Key Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate accomplishment of work by assigned employees • Verify qualifications of assigned employees to ensure proper training and qualification • Review work performed by assigned technicians prior to submission to inspection • Conduct starts of shift meetings to inform team members of day-to-day issues • Provide an accurate and complete turnover to next shift lead and supervision • Work side by side with mechanics requiring training or mentoring • Develop assigned technicians through on-the-job training or mentoring as necessary Requirements

This position is responsible for ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Interiors Lead will be responsible for overseeing the work of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, a high school education or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years' experience as an accomplished aircraft mechanic on heavy commercial aircraft. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and provide clear instructions and guidance to technicians. Requirements: • High school education or equivalent • Minimum 2 years' experience as an accomplished aircraft mechanic on heavy commercial aircraft • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate • Airframe certificate or Repairman's certificate • Good general knowledge of flight controls, rigging, aircraft systems, landing gear, engines, and hydraulics • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Ability to wear and breathe through a full-face respirator • Exposure to hazardous chemicals
