Lead Interiors Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Interiors Manager to oversee the interior production process at our Greensboro, NC facility. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all team members have access to accurate work instructions, tools, and safety equipment. They will also be responsible for verifying employee qualifications, reviewing work performed by assigned technicians, and conducting start-of-shift meetings. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate accomplishment of work by assigned employees • Verify qualifications of assigned employees to ensure proper training and qualification • Review work performed by assigned technicians prior to submission to inspection • Conduct starts of shift meetings to inform team members of day-to-day issues • Provide an accurate and complete turnover to next shift lead and supervision • Work side by side with mechanics requiring training or mentoring • Develop assigned technicians through on-the-job training or mentoring as necessary Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • A high school education or equivalent • 2 years' experience performing as an accomplished aircraft mechanic on heavy commercial aircraft, or 1 year previously demonstrated ability within the company • Capability to interpret drawings and blueprints • Familiarity with flight controls, rigging, aircraft systems, landing gear, engines, and hydraulics • Good general knowledge of maintenance manuals and IPC • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and wear a full-face respirator • Normal or corrected hearing and visual acuity of 20/40 Why Join Us?
