Job Title: Interior Designer Location: Indianapolis and surrounding suburbs Compensation: Commission on Sales Qualifications: Atleast 5 years of selling, growing and consulting on custom window treatments, preferably with brands like Hunter Douglas, Lafayette Interior Fashions, Graber, or other Franchises. Interior design experience required. Proven track record of successful sales performance in a high-end home furnishings or luxury product environment. Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple clients and projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with homeowners, designers, builders and trade professionals. Proficiency in using quoting software, CRM systems, and email communication for tracking leads and managing customer interactions. A well-maintained, presentable vehicle suitable for daily travel to client homes. Willingness to drive throughout the Indianapolis area on a daily basis. Job Description: - The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial consultation to closing the sale and coordinating the quoting and installation process. Role includes: - creating and implementing strategies for new business growth. - in-home visits, interacting with clients in our showroom, and following up on warm leads provided by the company. - Additionally, the candidate should have experience making cold calls to both residential and commercial customers and generating leads and sales. - Provide expert recommendations on products, materials, and design options based on the client’s preferences and home aesthetics. - Prepare and present detailed quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product specifications.
