As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking a Studio Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview The Studio Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-driven role supporting the day-to-day operations and design delivery of our interior design studio. This position blends design support, studio coordination, styling, and visual merchandising, helping projects move seamlessly from concept through installation while maintaining our studio’s aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, creative studio environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on design support. Key Responsibilities • Support the design team across all phases of projects, from concept through installation • Assist with materials, finishes, accessories, and presentation development • Prepare and maintain drawings and presentation materials using AutoCAD and SketchUp • Support styling, installations, and photoshoots to ensure polished final delivery • Assist with procurement, purchase order administration, and tracking using Ivy and Trello • Maintain studio organization, including inventory, samples, and the materials library • Support representative meetings, trade-related activities, and overall studio coordination • Assist with marketing and social media initiatives, ensuring visual consistency Desired Skills and Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience in interior design, studio coordination, styling, or a related role • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience producing construction documents and design presentations • Experience supporting purchasing and procurement processes; familiarity with Ivy, Trello, and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), or the ability to learn quickly • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment • Professional, clear communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a design firm Benefits • 401(k) with company match • Health and dental insurance • Paid time off • Bonus opportunities Job Details • In-office position, Monday–Friday • Full-time, 40 hours per week • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
