Spatial Design Lead

As a Spatial Design Lead at Luxus, you will play a key role in shaping the built environment by leading the interior design process for various projects. Your keen eye for detail and passion for creating functional spaces will be essential in developing innovative designs that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement interior design concepts for commercial, residential, healthcare, and hospitality spaces. • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design concepts meet project requirements. • Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications. • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that complement the overall design aesthetic. • Manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality control. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. • At least 5 years of experience in architectural interior design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. • Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
