Space Planner

Role Description The Space Planner is responsible for designing and optimizing layouts for facilities to enhance functionality and space utilization. This includes creating floor plans, collaborating with internal teams to determine space requirements, and developing construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The position also involves integrating interior design elements to ensure efficient and aesthetically appealing spaces. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and developing efficient Floor PlansExperience with Interior Design and understanding of aesthetic and functional considerationsSkilled in creating and reviewing Construction DrawingsExpertise in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and softwareAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong organization and project management skillsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferredRelevant work experience in design or space planning is a significant advantage
