Space Designer

About the Role: You will work directly with clients to bring their vision to life, whether they are furnishing one room or transforming their entire home. Your expertise in space planning, color coordination, and style mixing will ensure that each client receives a personalized design solution tailored to their preferences. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personalized consultations to clients in their homes and at our showroom • Create customized layouts, mood boards, and product presentations that reflect each client's unique style and needs • Guide clients through the selection of furniture, rugs, lighting, accessories, and other elements that complement their design vision • Collaborate with our merchandising team to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and showcase them in our showroom • Develop strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer experiences and follow-up support Requirements: • Background in interior design or a related field, such as architecture or fine arts • Professional certifications like ASID or NCIDQ preferred • A portfolio showcasing your design experience and knowledge of the design process • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and solutions to clients • Proficiency in design software is a plus, but not required • Experience working in a consultative retail environment or sales role is beneficial
