Location Our Dallas office is looking for an Interior Designer to join our team. Responsibilities Manage projects, including scope and fee negotiations, job production, quality assurance, and leading construction administration efforts. Prepare, coordinate, and complete construction document packages. Consult with manufacturers and research FF&E materials and products. Create graphics for marketing proposals and materials. Serve as a resource on interior design issues and oversee the design work of others to ensure cohesive and integrated design. Lead client presentations and visioning sessions to develop program strategies. Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met. Ideal Candidate Holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent. Has a minimum of 4 years of related experience. LEED AP certification is preferred; architectural or interior design registration is also preferred. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with 3D modeling capabilities. Demonstrates ability to work independently, coordinate projects, and lead teams. Capable of producing and coordinating complete construction documents for permitting and bidding.
