Showroom Design Consultant

Job Description Southern Materials Company is looking for a combination showroom and outside sales/design specialist. This role will be to assist remodelers and homeowners with bathroom and kitchen design along with the sale of plumbing fixtures, hardware, cabinets, tile and more. Individuals must be motivated to help customers in designing and selecting products for their remodel and new construction projects. This individual will also be tasked with cultivating new contractor and builder relationships outside of the office environment. A background in interior design would be helpful but not specifically needed. Good computer skills are necessary as this position requires the use of order processing software, design rendering software and the general use of Microsoft Office tools.
