Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Window Furnishings Consultant, based in the Greater Adelaide Area. As our Senior Window Furnishings Consultant, you will manage the full sales process from enquiry through to installation and after sales care. You will also play an important role in on training and mentoring other staff, while continuing to growing the Window furnishing category within the business. You will work across retail, builder, and referral clients, representing Andersens as a trusted, professional, and premium supplier. Key Responsibilities Own the full window furnishings operational process from enquiry to installation Consult with customers to recommend technically sound and fit for purpose solutions Conduct accurate on site measures, inspections, and quoting Drive strong conversion, upselling, and GP outcomes Build and maintain relationships with builders, designers, and referral partners Provide after sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with on training and development of other sales staff Learn and build working knowledge of flooring products and systems to support cross selling and team collaboration Complete all required sales and administration accurately and on time Essential Experience and Skills, Non-Negotiable Proven window furnishings sales experience, including blinds, curtains, shutters, and motorisation Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Strong measuring, quoting, and specification skills Excellent communication, presentation, and closing ability Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process Confidence working autonomously in a performance driven environment Applications without window furnishings experience will not be considered.
