Senior Showroom Designer – Kitchen & Bath, Interior Design & Sales

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Showroom Designer to lead design and sales efforts in our showroom. This is a solo position, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and overseeing daily showroom operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing every stage — from initial consultation to finalized design and sales order submission. Key Responsibilities • Provide personalized design consultations for showroom and virtual clients. • Manage incoming online leads and follow up using the CRM system. • Create professional design presentations using 2020 Design Software (Cyncly). • Maintain showroom appearance, organization, and a welcoming environment. • Open and close the showroom during scheduled business hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM). • Accurately prepare and submit complete sales orders. • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert product knowledge. • Stay current on product offerings, design trends, and attend training sessions. • Represent the company brand with professionalism at all times. Requirements • 5+ years of design and sales experience (required). • 3+ years of showroom experience (required). • 3+ years in a management or solo showroom environment (required). • Proficiency in 2020 Design Software (Cyncly) (required). • Proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
