Role Focus: This is a design sales position focused on lead generation, space planning, material selection, and project closing. You'll work collaboratively with our in-house design and construction teams, who handle the technical drawings and execution.
Required Skills & Qualities:
• Proven track record in kitchen and bath estimating and sales
• Strong lead generation and relationship-building abilities
• Excellence in space planning and material selection
• Outstanding customer service mindset
• Tech-savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, design software, and digital tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with high-end clientele
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-through
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in kitchen and bath design software
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
• Comfort with digital presentation and visualization tools
• Strong digital communication skills

Daily Responsibilities:
• Create accurate scope of work and accurate estimates for small to large renovations
• Generate and nurture leads through networking and relationship building
• Conduct initial client consultations
• Create innovative space plans,material selections, and estimates with 97% accuracy
• Present designs and proposals to clients
• Collaborate with our design team on project development
• Manage client relationships throughout the sales process
• Close sales and transition projects to our execution team
Ideal Experience:
• 8+ years in kitchen and bath design sales and remodeling projects
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Experience working with high-end residential clients
• Background in luxury product sales
• NKBA certification preferred
