Role Focus: This is a design sales position focused on lead generation, space planning, material selection, and project closing. You'll work collaboratively with our in-house design and construction teams, who handle the technical drawings and execution. What We Offer: • Competitive base salary with lucrative commission structure • Comprehensive benefits package • Established showroom in Chagrin Falls • Strong support team including certified designers and master craftsmen • Advanced design tools and resources Daily Responsibilities: • Create accurate scope of work and accurate estimates for small to large renovations • Generate and nurture leads through networking and relationship building • Conduct initial client consultations • Create innovative space plans,material selections, and estimates with 97% accuracy • Present designs and proposals to clients • Collaborate with our design team on project development • Manage client relationships throughout the sales process • Close sales and transition projects to our execution team Ideal Experience: • 8+ years in kitchen and bath design sales and remodeling projects • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals • Experience working with high-end residential clients • Background in luxury product sales • NKBA certification preferred Compensation: • Full benefits package • Performance bonuses
