Senior Interior Designer Location: San Antonio, TX Reports to: Director of Interior Design Join Our Team! What We’re After: Our progressive Interior Design team in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with a passion for project delivery, particularly in Healthcare projects. We want someone who excels in both technical design and creative vision, and who is eager to contribute to meaningful projects. How You Will Make an Impact: • Plan, direct, and execute the Interior Design vision for various projects. • Adhere to design processes, ensure consultant coordination, foster team collaboration, and engage clients effectively throughout project phases. • Support the ongoing development of design concepts from initial vision through completion. • Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. • Communicate effectively—verbally, graphically, and in writing—to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines with a quality-minded and self-motivated approach. What It Takes to Be Successful: • 7+ years of experience with strong technical design knowledge. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design program; licensed candidates are preferred. • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects in an organized manner. • In-depth knowledge of furnishing, materials, and products relevant to the market segment. • Familiarity with specifications, furniture procurement, construction methods, codes, and zoning. • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Newforma Project Center, and MS Office 365. • Ability to thrive in a highly visible, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. • Willingness to collaborate across multiple offices and travel to project sites as needed.
