Senior Interior Designer

LANG Studio seeks a skilled Interior Design Leader with 8+ years of experience to join our firm in New York City. You may be a good candidate if you are a proven leader and collaborator, committed to design excellence, and a holistic approach to design. We are a design focused Architecture, Interior Design, and Real Estate Development firm, looking for like- minded candidates, capable of thinking and working across disciplines, who embrace our guiding values as follows: Collaboration, Humility, Hunger and Emotional Intelligence. Required Qualifications: · Professional degree in architecture or interior design. · 8 -12 years experience with minimum of 4 years of experience leading projects. · Experience with high end residential, hospitality and multi-family and art related projects. · · Highly developed skills in client communication, project scheduling and team leadership. · Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite software. · Advanced understanding of soft and hard materials/finishes, furniture sourcing and procurement. · Deep knowledge of showrooms, vendors, and furniture & lighting in the industry. · Experience with custom furniture drawings & details. · Agile team player that can triage and complete multiple tasks with diverse team members.
