Interior Designer – Residential (Senior level)
Divino Arc is a residential interior design and planning studio specializing in modern, minimalist, and contemporary homes. We work on high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and full house remodels across the Bay Area.
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
• Develop space planning, layouts, and design concepts for residential projects]
• Strong Measurements skills are *required*
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings
• Assist with material selection including cabinetry, tile, slabs, plumbing fixtures, and finishes
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and showrooms
• Review specifications for plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, and appliances
• Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and spreadsheets
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional residential interior design experience
• Strong understanding of kitchens, bathrooms, and residential construction details
• Proficiency in Chief Architect and AutoCAD (required)
• Proven experience producing plans, elevations, and technical drawings
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established workflows and processes
• Ability to work in person in the Bay Area, must have a car and be able to visit job sites
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with high-end residential projects
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, tile specifications, material selection, plumbing fixtures, and full house design
• Advanced proficiency in Chief Architect and AutoCAD
