SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER 10+ years' experience in High-End Residential and Multifamily Interior Design, FFE and Specifications The Successful Candidate will be a CREATIVE and quick thinking team player, with impeccable professionalism, commitment to deadlines and easy going personality! You will have a 4-year degree in Interior Design and 10+years applicable Interior Design experience in Furnishings, Fabrics and Specifications. We prefer candidates who live/work in the Central Florida area or plan to move here soon. We look forward to seeing your Digital portfolio of applicable Interior Design images. SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake design project from concept to completion focusing on Specs and FFE Manage multiple projects Lots of Experience in high end Amenities, Multi-family and Residential Interpret and translate customer needs into regard to Specs and final FFE Work closely with in-house Interior Architecture to concept interior details and space planning in all phases of the project (drawings are by Interior Architects) Assist with and/or lead client meetings and job site walk throughs Keep all projects on schedule and within time frames set out for selections and ordering Follow Spec and FFE budget requirements Ensure all items are ordered for a project with the Project Manager/Expeditor Understand CA process, inlcuding RFIs and Submittals as needed Participate fully in the FFE installation and punch of the project Oversee others who assist with your project Work closely and respectfully with outside architects, supers, clients, subs etc FLORIDA CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE MUST HAVE DIGITAL PORTFOLIO to SHARE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Beasley & Henley Interior design offers salary commensurate with experience, 401K, healthcare program, dental program, paid vacation, education reimbursements.
