Senior Interior Designer, Interior Architecture & Design

COMPANY DESCRIPTION Hillsman, Inc. is an Atlanta, GA - based interior design firm committed to design excellence in the civic, corporate, healthcare, higher education, and hospitality markets. Designer will develop and deliver projects from conception to construction. Provide project design leadership and manage the design development of specific projects • Plans and executes the presentation of project designs in graphic form • Coordination with principal’s, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and employees • Oversee the project design and ensure that the designs fit with the client’s expectations • Maintain the project’s overall design direction and aesthetic • Manage the delivery of the project, schedule, and budget • Manage and the training/mentoring of design staff • Oversee installation and contract administration • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. • Thorough knowledge in AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, Revit, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch-Up, Autodesk 3D, and InDesign are a plus. • Should have the ability to travel 10-20%. • A team player with the ability to supervise creative and administrative talent.
