Senior Designer
We’re seeking a Senior Designer with a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and proven leadership experience to join a collaborative, high-performing architectural and interior design team. This role offers the opportunity to work across all phases of design and construction, leading interior architecture and design efforts on a diverse range of project types including high-end residential, K-12 education, and healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior design and architectural projects through all project phases—from concept and schematic design to construction documentation and administrationDevelop and present design concepts, detailing, and specifications with a strong emphasis on millwork, lighting, and high-quality finishesCoordinate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project vision, timelines, and budgets are metProduce technical documentation in Revit, including detailed drawings, interior elevations, millwork, and finish schedulesCreate compelling visual presentations using SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe InDesignManage consultant coordination, client communications, and project deliverablesSource FF&E, develop furniture layouts, and assist in preparing bids and budgetsConduct site visits, document field conditions, and oversee design implementation during construction
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in interior design or architectureBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureNCIDQ certification or Architect license strongly preferredProficiency in Revit and SketchUp required; Adobe InDesign experience a plusDemonstrated experience in high-end residential, K-12 education, or healthcare designExcellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client engagementCommitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth
