Selections Coordinator/ Interior Designer

Luxury Home Builder with HQ in SouthPark area is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a selections coordinator. Ideal candidate has a passion for design and can flourish in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. Residential design experience or knowledge required. Construction and purchasing experience preferred. Job responsibilities include the following... • Lead clients through the selections process ensuring an exceptional experience while remaining on schedule, this includes providing design guidance, timelines for selection needs, scheduling show room visits, coordinating installs, deliveries and executing selection sign offs. • Send selection and change order requests to clients for sign-off • Present clients with proposals, selection portfolio and mood boards • Request and collect bids • Create purchase orders, as needed • Keep track of invoicing and budgets • Daily use of Builder Trend software Job requires the following skills: • Passion for interior design and residential real estate • Ability to interpret plans and provide material take-offs • Ability to interpret allowance budgets • Strong product knowledge and experience working with varying design budgets • Strong organization skills with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects • Excellent communication skills • Organized, self-starter that can complete tasks without supervision • Ability to set and meet deadlines • Ability to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget • Must be accustomed to owning their workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Most importantly ​***Process improving, idea maker, problem solver, innovative, with a friendly personality!
