Sales Representative. Job in Huntsville Move Collective Jobs

We're looking for our next great hire in Huntsville, AL. Chic Decor is a premium decorative wall panel company and we're growing. We need a Sales Representative who is hungry, personable, and ready to build something real. This is not a sit and wait kind of role. You will be in the showroom, in front of contractors and designers, and out in the market making things happen. What you'll do: • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our showroom • Build relationships with contractors, builders, and interior designers • Present and promote our wall panel products • Hit your targets and then push past them • Stay sharp on design trends and what's moving in the market • Collaborate with our social media team to showcase products and drive inbound sales What you'll earn: • $20/hour, 40 hours a week with overtime available • 5% commission on every sale you close at work • 10% commission on every sale you bring in through your own network or personal brand, on your own time Who we're looking for: • Someone early in their career who is ready to prove themselves • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly • Sales experience in retail or B2B is a plus but not required if you have the drive • Comfortable with email, Excel, and social media • Valid driver's license • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Why this role: Most entry level jobs put a ceiling on what you can earn.
