• Partner with clients to identify project needs
• Build a strong customer following through high-quality service

• Collaborate with the Managing Director to drive regional sales initiatives
• Manage Team Sales Funnel progress and monitor objectives and KPIs
• Assist in new hire onboarding and ongoing training for the sales team

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

• Sales, Business, or a related field
Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in sales management or related field
• Proven experience in the luxury interior design industry is a plus
