Key Responsibilities: • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing tailored design solutions and expert product knowledge. • Use showroom displays as a tool to drive sales, specifications, and brand awareness. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective follow-up on customer leads. • Utilize Auto-CAD project management software to facilitate client projects and ensure timely completion. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and supplier offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: • Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience with customer management tools and Auto-CAD software is an asset.
