Sales Designer

Location: Greenville, SC Department: Sales Design Consultant Employment: Full-Time Schedule: Day Shift Mondy – Friday, Weekends as Needed TeamOne Logistics is a nationally recognized third-party employment partner with over 100 locations across the country, a key component to our success is our people! We are looking for a team member that enjoys problem solving through a creative approach and those who prefer working on the road rather than an office. Duties and Responsibilities: · In home consultations that includes accurate measurements and site surveys. · Collaborate with clients to understand their designs needs and preferences. · Create and develop visually appealing and functional designs using a closet software program. · Utilize the flagship showroom to upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. · Communicate and follow-up effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the design and installation process. · Maintain the CRM System with up to date, accurate and detailed designs. · Achieve a 50% closing rate within 90 days. · Contact builders, professional groups (architects, designers, real estate agents and interior designers) to self-generate leads apart from company leads. · Reliable transportation with insurance coverage. Knowledge and Abilities: · Excellent customer service skills, confident in personality with the ability to build a rapport and establish long-term relationships. · Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. · Acute attention to detail. · Design software a plus but not required. · Ability to work independently with a solid ability manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Be a champion of the client’s company policies, procedures and business ethic code.
