Sales Coordinator - Commercial Interiors

We are seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA (this position is not remote). In this role, you’ll play a critical part in preparing proposals, processing orders, coordinating with manufacturers, and supporting the project team to keep everything on track. Responsibilities • Prepare pricing proposals using proprietary software, applying accurate math to determine costs, discounts, and sell prices. • Maintain vendor pricing spreadsheets to ensure up-to-date and accurate information. • Process purchase orders and oversee project files from procurement through punch completion. • Review manufacturer acknowledgements, resolve discrepancies, and authorize next steps. • Coordinate with sales, project managers, partners, and logistics to ensure smooth order flow. • Manage punch items, back charges, and warranty/service support as needed. • Assist with inventory and office supply management, as well as light phone coverage. Requirements • Strong math and analytical skills; comfortable with pricing and calculations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Previous Commercial / Interior design project coordination experience is a plus. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence. • Training provided for Configura SPEC and eManage One.
