Sales Associate/Interior Designer

Position Summary The Sales Associate provides exceptional service to customers by guiding them through their furniture and design needs. This role blends sales, interior design consulting, and customer service to deliver a personalized, lifestyle-focused shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a background in design or architecture, enjoys building client relationships, and is motivated to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities • Assist customers with furniture selection and interior design solutions • Provide personalized design consulting based on customer needs, style, and space • Reach assigned sales goals • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and follow through on all customer commitments • Follow corporate rules, policies, and procedures Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or at least 3 years of experience in a related business/field • Previous sales experience in a design-related field (furniture, home décor, interior design, architecture, etc.) preferred • Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a must • Flexible availability (including weekends) Compensation • Competitive compensation with uncapped commission • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Paid benefits • Paid training (3–6 months, depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Sales: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
