Retail Interior Design Director

A top-tier Visual Presentation Manager is required to craft an environment that highlights floor plans and furniture, maximizing sales. This role entails creating displays and vignettes, managing product receiving, replenishment, rotation, and store cleanliness. Responsibilities include maintaining the overall store environment, adhering to corporate merchandising plans, and ensuring accurate pricing. The ideal candidate will utilize color coordination, visual balance, and interior design skills to develop engaging displays. They must maintain showroom quality, re-order merchandise, and oversee warehouse organization. Additionally, they will participate in cleaning, communication, and hiring processes. Project management, communication proficiency, ethical conduct, time management, attendance, and punctuality are essential skills. A bachelor's degree in interior design or business (preferable) and three years of experience in retail home furnishings or interior design are also required.
