As our project volume continues to grow, we’re looking to add a skilled draftsperson to support our design team. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Residential Draftsperson to join our team full-time. This is a technical, execution-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys translating design direction into precise, buildable drawings. The position follows a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with regular in-office collaboration and coordination in our Pittsburgh office. What You’ll Do Drafting & Documentation Produce detailed 2D drawings, including: Furniture plans and space layouts Kitchen and bathroom plans, elevations, and sections Custom millwork and cabinetry drawingsCreate high-quality 3D drawings and renderings to support presentations and internal coordinationTranslate design concepts into clear, contractor-ready documentationRevise drawings efficiently based on feedback from senior designersMaintain organized files and adhere to internal drafting standards Collaboration & Workflow Work closely with designers and project managers to meet project deadlinesParticipate in internal coordination meetingsManage workload independently while staying aligned with team prioritiesSupport the team across multiple active residential projects What We’re Looking For 3+ years of residential drafting experience, ideally within high-end or luxury projectsStrong proficiency in 2D drawing (AutoCAD, Revit or similar required)Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization (Revit or similar required)Solid understanding of residential construction, kitchens, baths, and custom millworkHighly detail-oriented, organized, and accurateComfortable working independently while taking direction and feedbackProfessional, reliable, and collaborative Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience401(k) with employer matchFlexible PTOLocation: Our showroom and offices are located in Pittsburgh’s vibrant Strip DistrictFree on-site parkingFlexible, creative work environment with opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding brand How to Apply Please submit your resume, drafting samples or portfolio, and a brief note about your residential drafting experience to careers@davininteriors.com.
