Residential Designer

Interior Designer Position We are looking for a talented interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and experience in residential design. Responsibilities: • Develop interior design concepts that meet client needs and expectations. • Select and source high-quality finishes, fixtures, lighting, hardware and accessories. • Collaborate with clients, contractors and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. • Produce detailed construction and design documents. • Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans. • Manage and review schedules, construction details and project deliverables. • Travel to job sites, design centers and showrooms as needed. • Prepare engaging presentation materials. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture. • 3+ years of experience in residential design settings. • Strong understanding of design software including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and InDesign. • Knowledge of construction technical aspects. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and vendors. • Organizational skills with attention to detail and quality control. • A valid driver's license.
