Remodeling Project Coordinator

High end Design-Build Remodeling and Construction firm looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our awesome team. Job Description: \\- Facilitate and coordinate the design phase of projects \\- Work along side Interior Design firm to keep project organized and on schedule \\- Maintain design phase schedule using cloud-based project management software \\- Proactive communication with Sales Manager and homeowner's on timelines throughout design phase \\- Order material selections and monitor lead times (when required) \\- Prepare Project binders \\- Assist Sales with project details \\- Organize project files \\- Draft emails and documents \\- Update and/or Prepare scope of work documents for material selections The ideal candidate: \\- Experience working in the Remodeling/Construction industry \\- Excellent written and oral communication \\- Ability to work independently \\- Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook \\- Punctual \\- Excellent Customer Service \\- Organized \\- Detail oriented \\- Proactive and problem solver \\- Knowledge of Construction Cloud Based software or project management systems Competitive salary and benefits
