Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of interior commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractorsReview drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope and design intentNegotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance, including scope, timelines, and qualityMonitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks, delays, or cost overrunsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standardsMaintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
