With in‑house designers, architects, and self‑perform crews, they offer strong project control, a collaborative culture, and a long history of employee stability and growth. Job Description • Lead multiple renovation projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, and trade coordination. • Perform takeoffs and cost estimates using On‑Screen Takeoff and PC‑based estimating tools. • Oversee subcontractor selection, project buyout, work orders, and change management. • Collaborate with designers, architects, superintendents, warehouse, and AV teams to maintain workflow. • Ensure safe, quality execution of construction and MEP activities through project closeout. The Successful Applicant • 2+ years of lead project management experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare interiors. • Strong renovation background • Estimating proficiency and comfort managing projects start‑to‑finish. • Experience with self‑perform environments is a plus. • Clear communicator who thrives in team‑based, collaborative settings.
