Goedecke Flooring & Design showroom in Bedford, NH is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager for their Remodeling Department. What We Offer:
• Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
• Full Time: 40+ hrs./5-day work week
• 6-weeks paid training

Responsibilities:
• Review upcoming deadlines for each project & communicate needs with construction team
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Ensure all projects are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Perform quality control on the project throughout construction to maintain the standards expected
• Adjust project schedules & work with trades as project conditions require
• Clear communication with clients regarding project changes & progress
• Ensure safety measures are being followed & project is compliant with current building codes
• Participate in weekly meetings with design & construction team to answer questions & discuss changes to the current schedule
• Build strong client relationships to diffuse any negative issues & reassure clients
• Coach & instruct team of tradespeople to complete tasks within organization’s standard of excellence
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability & delivery dates
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Construction Project Management, Flooring & Remodeling Project Management, Installations or similar role
• Knowledge of kitchen & bath remodeling or interior finishes (REQUIRED)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (REQUIRED)
• Advanced time management & interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Strong personal & professional ethics
• Ability to adapt & respond quickly to a shifting reality & adjust initiatives/priority accordingly
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
