Location: Plainville, Connecticut (In-Person), open to covering relocation costs for the right candidate if not local Position: Full-Time Project Manager About Network Interiors Network Interiors is a leading Connecticut-based commercial interior subcontractor with 35 years of experience in metal stud framing, drywall, taping, acoustical ceilings, and Division 8 and 10 specialties. We have a strong reputation in healthcare, higher education, corporate, and industrial markets across Connecticut and Massachusetts. Network Interiors operates alongside two sister companies—NOC (a general contractor) and Network Framing Solutions (a manufacturer of prefabricated metal panels and structural framing). Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle from turnover through closeout.Own financial and operational outcomes for every assigned project.Oversee budgets, schedules, billing, field coordination, change management, and documentation.Maintain transparent communication with field leadership and accounting.Ensure project information is accessible and never siloed. Qualifications: Must have commercial construction experience with ability to read full drawing sets. Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects, ideally in drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceilings.Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and field coordination.Proficiency with Procore, Sage, and The EDGE (or similar construction management and estimating software).Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower team members.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Experience in healthcare, higher education, corporate, or industrial sectors is a plus.Commitment to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
