Role Description This is a full-time role for a Project Designer to join an exciting and growing team of architectural and engineering professionals. The Project Designer will be responsible for assistant project management, producing construction drawings, coordinating space planning initiatives, and contributing to architectural design. The role involves managing and reviewing submittals, collaborating with internal teams during the design process, and ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards. The candidate will also work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and efficient project outcomes. There are opportunities to transition into project management roles as skill set develops. This is an on-site position, however, you would have the ability to work out of any one of our three locations across Central PA. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry preferred • Bachelor of Architecture degree preferred, but not required • Minimum of Associates degree in architectural drafting or a related field required • Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Submittals processes • Experience in Space Planning and Architecture projects • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Proficiency with Revit required • Familiarity with building codes and construction practices
