Role Description The Project Designer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Alpharetta, GA. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing construction drawings and design plans, overseeing space planning and layout development, and coordinating with architectural and project management teams. The Project Designer will also contribute to interior architecture projects and assist in managing submittals, ensuring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for successful project execution. Qualifications • Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and managing Submittals • Experience in Space Planning and designing layouts that maximize functionality • Strong understanding of architectural principles and interior design • Demonstrated Project Management experience in navigating timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with team members and clients • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Experience in Civic, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Workplace projects is highly desirable
