Project Design Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Interior Design Firm Location: On-site | Bonita Springs, FL Salary: $60,000 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing interior design firm in Bonita Springs, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience using Design Manager software and will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution from concept to installation. In this role, you will be the central point of communication between clients, vendors, and our internal design team—helping to bring our design visions to life with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries or concerns. • Proposal Management: Prepare and present design proposals that align with client goals and specifications. • Purchase Order Management: Create, manage, and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Order Inspection: Verify all received orders for accuracy and damage; process claims as needed with vendors. • Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure product availability and support. • Designer Support: Assist the design team with material selection, pricing, and availability research. • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all deliveries, installations, and project milestones. • Issue Resolution: Manage claims and follow through on timely resolutions with all stakeholders. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Design Manager software • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Experience in interior design, furniture, or home furnishings industry is a plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and the opportunity to work alongside a passionate and creative team.
