Project Coordinator Specialist

As a key member of our design and operations teams, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as liaison between Operations Manager and Senior Designer • Verify that orders are shipped, tracked, and communicated with team as appropriate • Follow up on missing items • Coordinate work orders, install dates, and punch items • Support Senior Designer in Ridgeland office and meet regularly with Design and Operations teams Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel.
