About this role

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in supporting project management efforts in our interiors department projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. This job transforms an empty garage into a leasing or sales office for new housing developments from start to finish. Responsibilities • Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Coordinate project activities and resources, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project documentation. • Turn in comp and bid requests to the Sign Design department, review all bids and comps to ensure they are correct per the original request. • Attend sales support meetings, meeting with sales reps and clients as needed. • Download the artwork from links provided by clients and convert into PDF format. • Conduct pre-install site walks to ensure the site is ready for installation. • Ensure the coordination of tasks between the interior design department and other internal departments. • Attend sign installation as needed. • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. • Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction or similar industry is preferred. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
