The ideal candidate for this Project Coordinator role will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in communication and multitasking. Skills in Excel and a willingness to learn new software are essential. Your responsibilities will include: • Acting as the liaison between the Operations Manager and Senior Designer • Ensuring orders are properly shipped, tracked, and communicated to the team • Following up on missing items • Coordinating work orders, installation dates, and punch list items • Providing primary support to the Senior Designer in our Ridgeland office • Regularly meeting with the Design and Operations teams Interior Elements offers one of the most competitive, uncapped compensation packages in the region, alongside a comprehensive benefits structure and profit sharing.
