Who We Are Looking For We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, fast-learning Project Coordinator who can confidently take the reins on internal project workflows and keep things moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, thrives on communication, and knows how to manage up without flinching. You’ll collaborate with team members across departments and support leadership by ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and on point. If you're the kind of person who asks smart questions, isn’t afraid to follow up, and takes full ownership of your responsibilities—we want to talk to you. This is more than a support role—it’s a growth opportunity for the right person. You’ll be part of a coaching-oriented environment with onboarding led by a seasoned team member who will provide structured training and ongoing support. About the Position The Project Coordinator plays a central role in keeping internal operations aligned, organized, and on track. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys bringing order to chaos, and isn’t afraid to follow up or speak up when things need attention. While the role is primarily behind the scenes, it’s highly visible—supporting leadership and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately. You’ll be trained and supported by experienced colleagues, with regular coaching from leadership, creating a space for growth and development on both sides. It’s a strategic support role that also offers room to grow into greater responsibility as you earn trust and demonstrate ownership. Responsibilities Include: • Track timelines, deliverables, and action items to keep internal projects on schedule and aligned with company goals. • Proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met and next steps are clear. • Maintain accurate notes, updates, and project documentation. Ensure key information flows smoothly between leadership and cross-functional teams. • Use internal tools and systems to organize task lists, project updates, and files. Spot gaps or delays and jump in with solutions. • Look for ways to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance team collaboration. • Participate in a structured onboarding and training process during your first six months, designed to set you up for long-term success in the role. • Collaborate closely with leadership to provide operational support while contributing to a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Stay nimble and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once. • Confident and polished communicator—both written and verbal—with a strong sense of clarity, professionalism, and follow-through. • Comfortable holding others accountable in a professional, respectful way. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, tools, and workflows. • Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities without needing constant direction. • Positive and proactive mindset—you approach challenges as opportunities to improve, learn, and make progress. • Prior experience in project coordination, operations, or team support is a plus, but not required. • Familiarity with project management software or task-tracking tools is helpful. • Based in Jackson, MS or nearby, with the ability to work onsite with the team as needed.
