Job Summary
Fisher Architecture, LLC is a Multi-sector Architectural/Interior Design firm, located in Salisbury Maryland. Our firm has engaged in projects ranging from high end Residential, Multi-family, Healthcare, Hotels, Government, Restaurants and Retail design. Our project locations are in seven states on the East and West coast.
We are currently looking for an Architect and/or Architectural Designer with experience in all types of market sectors to join our office. This position entails involvement in all phases of the design process from Concept through Construction Administration. All candidates should possess strong technical and communication abilities to function at the highest level of design sensibility while exuding flexibility when collaborating with other designers in our creative work environment. The ideal candidate has previous assisting in all aspects of Architecture and has experience working with relevant consultants and preparation of construction documents.
Responsibilities and Duties
The responsibilities of this position will be to create designs and production drawings. This position will require a demonstrated technical ability. The person will be required to perform tasks daily that provides examples of successfully completing the assigned projects. This person will demonstrate a full understanding of computer programs such as CADD, Revit, and other forms of new technology as it becomes available.
On occasion this person will be required to manage in-house teams, as well as, other consultants as the project requires. Also included within this position will be the potential for this person to attend and facilitate client meetings. This task will be based upon the selected individuals past performance, as well as, experience with such responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum qualifications: 1-3 years of experience ranging from site/building feasibility study, design development, construction documents, construction contract administration.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
