The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Architect to take a leadership role on complex, multi-phase projects and help shape WRD's next chapter. This is a role for a licensed Architect — or near-licensed — Architect-in-Training who brings both technical depth and genuine curiosity: someone who can lead a project from concept through construction with calm authority, build lasting client relationships, and lift the team around them.
