Professional Interior & Exterior Painter The Painter is responsible for performing painting, wallpapering, drywall finishing, and refinishing of interior and exterior building surfaces and furnishings. • Smothers surfaces, fills holes and cracks, and applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, and the like. • Uses equipment such as paintbrushes, rollers, scrapers, conventional, airless, and electrostatic spray guns. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Two years' work experience performing painting, wallpapering, drywall finishing, and refinishing in a professional manner. • A valid driver's license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience working in the healthcare industry in a facilities capacity.
