Plant the Future is a destination for Biophilic living in the heart of Miami, blending art, nature, and design to create immersive experiences. Our flagship showroom includes a Biophilic Art Gallery, a plant-inspired caf, and a small plant nursery with rare botanical selections. More than a retail store, we are a creative sanctuary where guests come to reconnect with nature, explore mindful design, and be inspired. As a showroom sales associate, you will participate in the daily operations of our flagship retail location. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service • Assist in all in-store, phone, and online sales operations, including walk-ins, proposals, invoicing, collections, and deliveries. • Provide hands-on customer support and service, consisting of all client touchpoints, including chat, email, and in-person interactions. • Service ongoing accounts and maintenance clients (e.g., 1 Hotel & Homes), ensuring timely communication, follow-up, and service. • Utilize CRM (Hubspot) to execute follow-up strategies with new leads and past customers, maximizing sales conversion and retention. Showroom Operations • Assist with day-to-day gallery and plant nursery operations. • Work alongside other sales associates to ensure maximum productivity and a high-end client experience. Client Experience & Brand Representation • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a warm, educational, and memorable customer journey. • Collect and share feedback on product quality, pricing, service, and installations with ownership. • Assist in implementing strategies to boost foot traffic and client acquisition. Inventory Management • Follow inventory control guidelines to assure accuracy of the Showroom's inventory • Assist with periodic replenishment requests as needed. • Report damaged or expired items to the accounting team regularly. Events & Collaborations • Assist with the preparation of in-gallery events and promotions to engage the local community and clientele. • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align events with launches, campaigns, or featured artist collaborations. Qualifications • Interior Design skills with a focus on biophilic design • Knowledge of design software (CAD, Rhino, SketchUp) • Sales and Customer Service skills • Knowledge of plants and horticulture not required but a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Horticulture, or related field preferred
