residential construction company looking for a client coordinator to work in
the office answering calls and organizing new clients. We value employees who

team players who will help provide a good customer experience. SUMMARY OF
DUTIES: Reception: -Greet clients when they stop in. -Answer and direct calls,
help return voicemails -Reminder calls for scheduled estimates and meetings
-Schedule estimates, manage and assist with customer coordination software via
phone and e-mail. General administrative support: \\- Organize client info,
selections digitally and in hard copy \\- Assist with data entry and filing
\\- Enter estimate forms into our project management software \\- Help
schedule and write agendas for company meetings. Growth Opportunities:
Responsibility of interior design selections and coordination KNOWLEDGE,
ABILITIES, AND SKILLS: Requirements As an office assistant you must be
professional, well spoken, detail oriented and highly organized. Be proficient
with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, email, internet and
project management software Strong customer service skills Excellent telephone
skills Good problem-solving skills Professional appearance Interior or
architectural design experience a plus Social media and marketing a plus Take
