We are seeking a passionate and driven Luxury Sales and Design Consultant to join our growing team. The Opportunity This is more than a sales role, it's a chance to be an ambassador for our brand and a trusted advisor to our high-end clientele. You will play a crucial role in creating a luxurious and seamless shopping experience from initial consultation to final delivery. The ideal candidate is an upbeat, positive individual with a passion for exceptional design and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a brand expert, generating showroom sales across all product categories including furniture, lighting, art, and accessories. • Cultivate and expand a client base both locally and nationally through proactive engagement and superior customer service. • Work with management to plan and execute engaging showroom marketing strategies and events. • Deliver professional and exceptional sales and customer service before, during, and after a sale. • Manage the sales process from start to finish, which includes generating quotes, creating vendor purchase orders, and coordinating home deliveries. • Maintain a deep knowledge of our product lines, researching customization options to present tailored solutions to clients. • Stay updated on the latest designs and offerings by meeting with vendor representatives. Who You Are • Experience: You have 1-3 years of professional experience in high-end retail sales, fashion, interior design, or a similar luxury industry, with a proven track record of success. • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a creative field, business, or marketing is required. • Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and PC systems. Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus. • Attributes: You are passionate about luxury products, interior design, and architecture. Your oral and written communication skills are excellent, with superior follow-through. You are highly adaptable, resourceful, organized, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
