Job Summary We are seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate must have proven retail management or a similar role within an higher end interior design studio or showroom environment. We seek a passionate individual excited to drive our brand growth by creating an exceptional, innovative customer experience that redefines the traditional furniture buying process. Duties • Lead and motivate the team. • Oversee all aspects of the showroom operations including sales, design, project management and installation. • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive team environment. • Recruit, onboard, train and motivate design associates fostering a positive work environment conducive to high performance and low turnover. • Conduct performance reviews, offer ongoing coaching driving the team to uphold company standards and continual growth. • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. • Manage customer engagement throughout the entire lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proven retail management or a similar role within an higher end interior design studio or showroom environment. • Strong Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills to promote a team mentality within all levels within the organization. • Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management and employee engagement. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate details into actionable responses. • Understanding of Retail Math and Performance Metrics. • Must be computer & tech savvy - Microsoft Office - Powerpoint; Adobe PDF, Gmail. • Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
