The Logistics and Project Coordinator responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Customer service · Document timeline for each client project · Update progress of timeline on a weekly basis · Manage multiple purchase orders o Place orders o Review acknowledgements for accuracy o Track status - determination of ETA o Prepare and maintain detailed records regarding all purchases and deliveries · Coordinate with the receiving warehouse for delivery · Arrange storage and handling of items as needed · Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors · Provide regular status updates to the design team and clients · Schedule deliveries/installations with the design team, client and vendor · Handle claims with both the client and vendor Stephanie James Interiors, LLC offers a benefits package that includes: · 401k (with a company match) · Health insurance (company pays ½ of premium) · Dental insurance · Vision insurance The location for this position is the office in High Point, North Carolina.
