The Logistics and Project Coordinator responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Customer service
· Document timeline for each client project
· Update progress of timeline on a weekly basis
· Manage multiple purchase orders
o Place orders
o Review acknowledgements for accuracy
o Track status - determination of ETA
o Prepare and maintain detailed records regarding all purchases and deliveries
· Coordinate with the receiving warehouse for delivery
· Arrange storage and handling of items as needed
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
· Provide regular status updates to the design team and clients
· Schedule deliveries/installations with the design team, client and vendor
· Handle claims with both the client and vendor
